Assembly instructions included with tool. Care instructions: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Air dry. FOR THE CONDO: Vacuum the cat sleeping area. Use the crevice tool on your vacuum to remove hair and dirt from the nooks and crannies of the cat sleeping area.

Paying attention to instructions is key .. Displayed pictures were helpful and honestly pretty easy to assemble ... The tree is sturdy with the correct toruqing of the hardware there is a wall mount to attach to the wall but really isn't needed. Two cats on the tree is not an issue with tipping or wobbly structure.

Reading reviews of other trees/condos, my biggest concern was the tree/condo being cheap and flimsy, but this seems to be quite sturdy! About a nice as any of the ikea furniture we own (positive). Our cats LOVE it so far!

It’s expensive and it’s not even level. It rocks and shakes horribly making it unusable. You would think for this much money the quality wouldn’t be so bad.

I was very hesitant to write this review. When the package came the box was destroyed, tapped up, and did not have any instructions. Looking at all of the pieces I immediately became overwhelmed and left everything in a corner in my living room for a few days. When I finally decided to tackle putting it together I noticed there were pieces missing and it me of the cat toys were broken. After about an hour or so later I had finally put it together. I used substitute screws for the pieces that were missing and the structure seems to be pretty sturdy. The structure has a nice weight to it and I love the color. Princess Kitty does not seem too fond of it but I will give her time to adjust to her new furniture.

absolutely lovely, very sturdy and has so many levels for the cat to climb and rest on. I like that the color also fits almost every design at home and that he can sleep there as well. For the price and quality highly recommend!

I received these products for free from the Spotted by Petco sampling program in exchange for my honest review. This is a wonderful cat tree!! I love the fact that the base is wide and firm, which makes the tree very stable. Also, it's easy to assemble, and I surely am not an expert at all. It took me a bit over an hour to get the job done. All my cats like it so much they climb one on top of the other to nap way at the top. This is a tall tree. The only issue I did have is that a large screw was missing but I was able to order this piece easily to complete all six levels. It's great for cats of all sizes.

Where do you get the instructions to build it when they aren't properly in the box? Seems like a massive oversight not to have easy access to the pdf for the consumer.
