DIRECTIONS

Dosage and Administration: Credelio is given orally once a month, at the minimum dosgage of 9 mg/lb (20 mg/kg). Dosage Schedule: For dogs 50.1 to 100.0 lbs, administer one 900 mg tablet. Credelio must be adminstered with food. Treatment with Credelio can begin at any time of he year and can continue year-round without interruption.

We give these to our dogs for flea and tick prevention as we live by the woods. So far it’s worked well and the dogs willingly take the tablets. Even the picky one! The only downside is some of the side affects but so far my dogs have no issues

I have been using Credelio on my dog George for years. It works well and keeps the fleas and ticks away. I gave it a 4 star because unless I disguise this pill monthly who won’t take it. So it’s a bit of a game because my dog is super smart and knows when something is added to a favorite treat of his!

I am thankful my vet recommended this brand to ensure that my dog is protected from fleas and ticks. It is easy to give to my dog and he is not upset about the taste, or at least he immediately eats it without issue. We give him one tablet once a month with his regular food. We have not noticed any negative side affects and this dosage is perfect for dogs between 50 and 100 pounds. I cannot speak to the ingredients, but I do know they are effective.

Prescription was sent by vet promptly but PETCO after 3 days said they did not get it. Called them and they said it would take about 2 weeks to get the flea and tick medication. I then cancelled the order. Will never order from them again.

This is a good product for tick and flea prevention that has proven safe for my Aussie (among Collie breeds) that is an MDR1 carrier. The problem I have is with the delivery. UPS uses USPS for the final delivery of the product and our mail carrier pretty much destroyed the Credelio through the soft packaging putting it into the mailbox. Fortunately, this is not a liquid form of medication.

Is it possible to order one treatment monthly? Since we are all under quarantine at this time I can't afford over $100 for flea treatment right now.

Call your vet to see if they would mail the single dose. When I was changing from a topical treatment I wanted to make sure my Aussie would take the medication, he did. It may cost you a little more for a single pill, it did me. Another option would be Bravecto a 12 week treatment, my daughter uses that for her pugs.
