Persistent sneezing and possible regurgitation should be investigated by a veterinarian. Regurgitation could be an indication of ingested foreign material or toxic items, metabolic disorders, intestinal upset and other conditions. Some birds will regurgitate to attract a mate also. A seed mix can be offered as well but limit amounts to prevent obesity. Fresh fruits and vegetables can also be offered. A simple search online will yield lists of acceptable fruits and vegetables.

Harrison's Bird Diet is the best food out there. It is pelleted so there can be some resistance from your bird transitioning to the new diet if he has been on a seed diet, but it is nutritionally complete and very high quality. Toys I find that lovebirds like have been cotton rope toys that they can preen and groom like the feathers of another bird.
