Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! I am sorry Sam isn't doing well! I think at this point Same needs to be seen before Monday. Since he is now vomiting for 2 days and not eating that is more concerning than just diarrhea. Possible causes for these signs are: viral or bacterial infections, foreign body, dietary indiscretion (ate something gross), toxins, intestinal parasites. He may need blood work and X-rays of his belly to help find out the exact reason. I recommend bringing a stool sample with you if you can. I would stop trying to give him the probiotic and the antibiotic since he is vomiting. I hope this helps and I wish Sam the best!

HI, thanks for using Boop by Petco! Poor Summer! Your Vet has tried a lot. My suggestion at this point is to see a dermatologist. I would have him on Nexgard or Bravecto to cover fleas, demodex and scabies despite the injections. I would start an omega 3 fish oil (see link). I would also do several seeks of an antibiotic and antiyeast. I would also use cytopoint. The dermatolgist can do skin testing as well for environmental allergies. You can try a thin layer of the quadriderm cream on the areas once daily but he can not lick it so you have to use an E-collar. It also will only help the symptoms you see not the underlying cause of his allergies. Do not use it for more than 1 week. I wish you the best https://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=19121

Hi there and thank you for using Pet Coach! Here is a list of the products I typically recommend: 1. CET oral rinse 2. CET enzymatic toothpaste 3. Oravet chews 4. Plaque off 5. CET chlorhexidine chews Not all of these will work but I have had some mixed success using all of these. My favorite is the Oravet chew as it employs an additive known as Delmopinol to prevent tartar formation. Oravet chews are only available in veterinary clinics so you may have a hard time finding this one online. All of the other products you can find online. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Hello, and thanks for using Boop by Petco. Poor Kylo, that skin looks pretty uncomfortable! Unfortunately in order to prescribe medication we are legally required to have examined the animal to establish a “vet-client-patient relationship” so we cannot call in prescriptions with online consults. You will need to touch base with your regular vet to get Kylo’s medication.

My sincere apologies for the confusion, as well as the time you spent traveling and ultimately not being able to get help for Bandit. The Vetco Clinics only provide vaccinations and a few services for well patients, such as routine blood work, fecal exams, and the prescription of flea/tick and heartworm preventives. I will certainly pass your concerns along to the web design team to ensure that any confusion is resolved. In the meantime, I can let you know that we do have a housecall service in San Diego, and if you would like to get in touch with us by calling (858) 524-3370 or by emailing housecalls@petcoach.co, we'd be happy to schedule a home visit to get Bandit feeling better.
