So both are urinary diets, just make by different brands. Urinary SO is made by Royal Canin, and Urinary UR is by Purina. Both are formulated to help dissolve struvite stones and prevent their reoccurrence. I hope this helps.

They do make a pill known as DLM that helps lower the pH but if you lower it too much you can form calcium crystals in the urine that can lead to bladder stones as well. Either method takes frequent urine checks to monitor progress

Thank you for using Boop by Petco. If Juna has a true urinary tract infection she may need antibiotics. It is ideal to have her see a vet for diagnosis and approriate treatment. Some UTI can result from or cause bladder stones as well. This supplement may have some benefit if she just has a mild irriatation to her urinary tract https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MSLGAJF?tag=lazhnetw-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1&psc=1 But if her signs continue she needs to see a vet. If she is current at a vet clinic, some clinics may allow you to drop off a urine sample for analysis without requiring an exam. I hope this helps.

It sounds like you're doing a great job sticking with this issue and doing all the work to figure out what's going on. From that description, it sounds like surgery with a soft tissue surgeon (rather than a general practitioner, although that depends on how comfortable your regular vet is with surgery I suppose) is the next step! It sounds like you're getting close to resolving things. I hope you can get a surgery consult soon. Good luck!
