Hi ! Sorry to hear that Stell is not well. If she is still bright and eating well, she might have a bit of an upset tummy. You can try her on a bland diet of white meat and rice or Hill’ s gastro-intestinal formula for a couple of days, and some probiotics such as Canikur or Protekin Prokolin and see if things settle over the next 3-4 days. If she should still pass soft feaces then it’s best you bring in a feacal sample to your vet to be examined for parasites and bacteria.

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! I would consider using a different diet. Jacki may be sensitive to that diet. I would recommend you consider any of the Royal canin, Purina or Science Diet puppy foods which would be great options for her. If you ever notice her stools being black, have her evaluated by a veterinarian as sometimes that is seen with gastrointestinal bleeding. Good luck!

Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! Sri Didymus is super cute! You can use hydrogen peroxide, dawn and baking soda. I am not sure if they will work. Worst case is you can clip the fur and it will grow back white. I know that isn't an instant answer but its a reasonable one! Good luck!

Hello, thank you for using Boop by Petco. I suggest you take Cookie to your vet for an exam. Green discharge from the eyes usually means infection so she will likely need antibiotics to get this to clear up. In the meantime you can use this over the counter eye flush to help. ( https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/vetericyn-plus-eye-wash-for-dogs ) Hope this helps. Best wishes.
