Hi there and thank you for using pet coach to address your concern. I am sorry to hear that Dexter is aging so much. My late dog was 20 years old and had a heart murmur, liver disease, kidney disease and CCD. I placed him on selegiline at the end because I felt it would make him sleep better and not be as confused. I felt that it helped a little, but wasn't great. It should be used with caution in liver or renal disease. If you think it will make him more comfortable for the time he has left, then I would put him on a trial of the medication along with a liver supplement such as Denamarin. You would need a current prescription from a veterinarian who has physically examined Duke. You can then place your order and submit the prescription. The pharmacy will then contact the veterinarian or clinic to confirm the prescription then fill the order.

I'm wondering if you mean omeprazole, as there is no drug that I am aware of called amorazole. Omeprazole is a prescription only medication for dogs, and you would need a prescription from a vet in order to get it, even when ordering it online. While there are online pet pharmacies, prescription meds require the vet sending in a prescription before sending it to you. I would speak to your vet about any medications Tilly may need, and they will prescribe them if necessary and appropriate.
