A better option would be to use the link below to find a veterinarian experienced in treating reptiles. https://arav.site-ym.com/search/custom.asp?id=3661 In the meantime, change out the rocks for something "softer", such as a soil/most mix. Rocks can cause tiny scrapes on the shell which can introduce infection. Use a thermometer in the basking spot to make sure temps don't get too high. A thermometer on the other end would be recommended to make sure temps aren't too low. Offer a commercial pelleted diet along with fresh greens and vegetables.

Paraplegia in a reptile is a very bad prognostic indicator. I would call up the company who shipped this animal to you right away and let them know what is hapening. Unfortunately, many of these companies have disclaimers regarding injuries or illness during shipping, so they may not be so willing to help you. In terms of medical care for your reptiles, I just did a quick look into your surrounding area. There are a couple of doctors in East Lansing and Grand Rapids who appear to treat reptiles. Because there aren't many around, many times they are happy to just talk to your on the telephone if you give them a call and describe what is going on. Hope this helps.

Hello. It is very important that you always wash your hands after handling any reptile & before handling your birds or any materials belonging to the birds. I do not think you need to keep the gecko in a separate room, just use common sense care & everyone will stay safe & healthy. Thanks for contacting Boop by Petco.

If he cannot see, you will have to have him examined by a reptile veterinarian. He may have a serious vitamin or mineral deficiency. He may have to be force fed. Please schedule an appointment with a reptile or exotic animal veterinarian.

This is fine it it is just for one feeding. Fruit can be offered in addition to the usual live prey (crickets or dubia roaches). You should consider keeping a container of commercial gecko diet for just these occasions as well as to vary the diet.
