Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! Pepcid and Omeprazole can be given in the same day and are even safe to give together. It is also ok if he punctures the capsule, though he may not like the taste. You can try pill pockets or using canned food to give the pill in if he can tolerate that. I hope this helps!

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! He is so handsome!!! In my opinion these are the Purina Pro Plan products for puppies, Hill's Science Diet puppy foods and the Royal Canin maxi puppy diet. They are all of great quality and also highly palatable making them perfect for your Frenchie. Good luck and have a great day!

I don't know much about how they spay dogs in China, but I can't say I have ever heard of a dog requiring a four day hospital stay after this procedure. Here in the USA, most dogs will either go home the same day or the day after the procedure. Although a spay is an intra-abdominal procedure were an organ is removed, they tend to wake up well and not particularly painful. Unless they are using some method in China that is far more involved, I would think that the same day method is more in line with realistic.

I have great experience and success using Forbid. You mix it in the food for a 5-6 days in a row. The down side to all products is it is not permanent. It does work but will relapse and you will need to do another round from time to time.

Your best bet may be to contact info@petcoach.co to see if they can better work with you on something more official, as this is more of a forum for veterinary advice to clients and their pets, rather than a place to network for blogs and articles!
