Hello, My guess is that it is a raccoon paw print. Healthy nocturnal animals are rarely viewed by humans due to their shy natures and ability to hide. I would recommend ensuring your cat is up to date on rabies vaccinations. I hope this helps. Thanks for using Boop by Petco.

Any paint that is safe for small children will be ok. Please don’t let him eat or lick the paint as this can still make them sick. Also thoroughly wash his paws when you are done. Sounds fun! Thanks for using Boop by Petco to help you care for Buddy.

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! From the pictures Mills’s paw looks normal and the black area looks like pigment changes which is not abnormal. If you are concerned, a vet can biopsy the area to confirm but you can just continue to monitor at this time. Good luck and kisses to Milli!

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! Given that it is not raised, this is possibly just a change in pigmentation and not an abnormality. If at any point, he develops an actual raised mass, then have him evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Good luck!

Hello and thank you for reaching out to Boop by Petco. This small spot does not look like anything of significance, and may just be a birth mark that she developed. If it does not bother Chibi at all, and she is not limping or licking at that foot, I would not be concerned. I hope this is helpful!
