If your PetCO has a veterinary facility you can bring your cat for an exam and then the veterinarian there will prescribe the appropriate medication. I am afraid antibiotics can only be prescribed after a veterinary exam.

Thank you for contacting Boop by Petco with your question about Bruno. I'm sorry he has been having problems with his skin again. Unfortunately we cannot give a prescription for these medications, it's illegal for us to do so without seeing him in person. You will need a prescription to get these medications, and in order to get that, you will have to take him into the vet. I'd make an appointment for him to be seen in the next couple of days. Best of luck.

It looks like NeoMac is ivermectin which is not used to treat ringworm. I recommend to clear up the confusion with your veterinarians. Here is a link about ringworm just in case: https://www.petcoach.co/article/ringworm-in-dogs/ Here is a link about Ivermectin: https://www.petcoach.co/pet-medication/ivermectin/ I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions.

You would need a current prescription from a veterinarian who has physically examined Duke. You can then place your order and submit the prescription. The pharmacy will then contact the veterinarian or clinic to confirm the prescription then fill the order.

Hi and thanks for using Boop by Petco! Sorry to hear about your kitty. I'm assuming the vet who prescribed these did a corneal eye stain to make sure the surface of the eyes were not damaged. You can place the drops in the eyes as directed and then wait about 15 minutes and follow with the ointment. Great question.
