I would recommend looking into the requirements for your dog to travel to this island. Most islands are rabies free and you will need a rabies titer which can take 6 plus weeks to get back. this titer has to be sent to a very specific lab and also you will need a international health certificate writen by a usda vet. It might not be worth the stress and expense of travel to take him with you for a vacation

I would consider having Loki meet the other dogs on neutral ground several times prior to moving in (or as often as possible) so that they can see eachother without feeling that space is invaded. I think having Loki on a light leash is a good idea as well initially in case things do escalate. It is important to keep the dogs separate when feeding because this is often a moment when confrontation can occur. Also be sure each dog has it's own bed that it can retire to without competition from another dog. It may be helpful if Loki is a bit anxious to gate part of the house if the other dogs tend to be in his face all the time, when you are not home especially, so he doesn't feel threatened. I recommend you have suitable sizes muzzles, collars and leashes for all dogs so they can be kept indoors safely if required, collapsable crates are also very useful to have stored away so they can be confined safe and secure without fear of injury should you need to bring them in or transport them to safe shelter in the case of flooding etc

Your question is cut off, but if Igor is showing aggression toward other animals, I highly recommend talking to and working with a trainer or behaviorist near you. Usually, training related to nerves/aggression around other animals is worked on with Behavioral Adjustment Training (BAT) or other desensitization techniques to keep your dog from reacting negatively toward other animals (or the object that is causing the trigger.) While this site is mostly US-centric, there are listings for behaviorists world-wide that may be able to help. http://www.dacvb.org/about/member-directory/

Poor Deogi! Intense itching could be due to a number of conditions, with some of the more common causes including allergies (often to fleas, food, or environmental factors), ringworm, or mange. Make sure that Deogi and your other two dogs are all receiving a high quality flea preventative regularly, such as Nexgard, Bravecto, or K9 Advantix II. Dogs with flea allergies can become intensely itchy after just a few flea bites, so it is best to make sure that this is not an issue. It can take a minimum of 6-8 weeks to determine if a change in diet has been effective in managing itching or other skin changes. Consider talking to your vet about a diet trial with a prescription-based hypoallergenic diet because food allergies are often a result of an allergy to the protein in the foods. You can also try bathing Deogi every few days with an antimicrobial/anti-itch shampoo ( http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=27980 ) because this may provide some relief.
