Good on you for making sure Kiara is secured in the car when you travel so she stays safe! I think you should buy the Allsafe harness. I see that it has been extensively crash-tested for safety, and that will help protect her during the car ride. I hope this helps :-)

Hi there and thanks for posting on Boop by Petco! You can try a stronger air fresher or if you are able to pull into a Walgreens or CVS, you can get a bottle of fabreeze air neutralizer spray which works great. Good luck!

Many dogs suffer from anxiety when travelling, acclimatizing them to a safe crate now before the journey home, which can be used in the car can help as can calming supplements, pheromone sprays and magnetic collars. In severe cases, a vet may prescribe mild tranquilizer medications but these are not without risks outside of the supervision of trained veterinary staff, especially on a long journey and with an older pug. Keep safe and good luck
