Poor tucker, it sounds like he has severe anxiety issues, unfortunately scolding him when he came back seems to have triggered a real crisis for him. Calming supplements, thundershirts and pheromone products can all help as can bonding him with a more assured buddy dog for regular walks.

Many dogs can be trained to run on a tread mill! This is commonly used for dogs who live in cold climates or have owners who are not able to tolerate cold weather. A trainer or behaviorist can help in the training but many people figure it out at home often with the help of guide books and videos. If Nyssa likes to play tug of war, purchase a tug toy and set aside 20 minutes a day to play with her. This is a good, dry/warm indoor activity! Many dogs don't mind playing ball in the snow or snow shoeing even! As long as conditions are safe and not icy, a good walk/jog or bike ride can be accomplished even in cold weather. IT is possible Norman is trying to communicate with you he is not feeling well. I would recommend continue to monitor his behavior. If he is eating, drinking and using his litter box well I would just keep a close eye on him. However if he stops eating, has vomiting/diarrhea or continues to vocalized I would take him to a vet for an exam. Sometimes a vet can find an issue on a exam that we cannot detect at home.

I would start by trying to keep Norman in the house for now. This way you can keep an eye on his food and see how much he is eating. He may just not have an appetite at home because he is catching animals outside. He could be developing a respiratory infection or have some inflammation in his throat from catching the rabbits and what not. It's hard to say what exactly could be going on because he's having very vague symptoms. If you feel like going is losing weight, acting lethargic, or you notice vomiting and diarrhea, these would all be indications to take him in to be checked out by your vet. But in the meantime try keeping him in the house and see if you notice any improvement in his appetite or any changes in his behavior. I hope this helps. Thanks for using Boop by Petco. Best of luck.

Hello, My guess is that it is a raccoon paw print. Healthy nocturnal animals are rarely viewed by humans due to their shy natures and ability to hide. I would recommend ensuring your cat is up to date on rabies vaccinations. I hope this helps. Thanks for using Boop by Petco.
