Hi there and thank you for using Boop by Petco. I would recommend using the below products as I have found they work the best with these cases. If after using these there is no improvement, I would recommend having a veterinarian examine her in case oral antibiotics / antifungals are needed. I hope these help! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further! 1. Douxo PS Chlorhexidine combination shampoo and bathe twice weekly until resolved 2. Douxo PS mousse and apply once daily until resolved 3. Welactin omega 3 fish oil capsules for dogs 4. Essential 6 spot on by Dermoscent

Hi there and thanks for posting on Boop by Petco! You may want to try the Douxo products, namely Douxo Calm Shampoo which can be purchase through your veterinarian or online pet store retailer. You can also try using a fish oil supplement as well. Fish oil is wonderful for coat and skin health. If these don't seem to help or Midnight's skin becomes worse, I would recommend she sees her veterinarian. I hope this helps!

Hello, I would try this shampoo and then the mousse to help with pruritis: ( https://www.amazon.co.uk/Douxo-SOGEVAL-Disinfecting-Shampoo-Skin/dp/B009EFH8CA/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1531993631&sr=8-10&keywords=duoxo ) ( https://www.amazon.co.uk/SOGEVAL-Douxo-Maintenance-Care-Foam/dp/B00KX7J04C/ref=sr_1_11?ie=UTF8&qid=1531993631&sr=8-11&keywords=duoxo ) Use as directed. Hope this helps. Best wishes.

All of the brands you listed are good shampoos. Duoxo is one of my go to shampoos but many are equivalent. A chlorhexadine/ketoconazole shampoo helps treat yeast and bacteria. The main thing is to lather Sibyl up and allow the lather to soak for 20 minutes or so before rinsing. If needed you can bathe every 2-3 days. I also recommend an oral omega 3 supplement such as Derm Caps. Remember if you use topical flea or heart worm prevention the medicated shampoos will strip it out. I recommend oral preventatives for dogs getting medicated baths. https://vcahospitals.com/know-your-pet/nutrition-skin-and-dogs https://vcahospitals.com/know-your-pet/pruritus-itching-and-scratching-in-dogs I hope this helps. Thanks for using Boop by Petco.

Hi there and thank you for using pet coach. Regular lotion is not the best idea because of added chemicals and other products that can harm the skin or dry it out. I recommend using a shampoo such as Douxo PS calm shampoo to help strengthen the skin and prevent dandruff. I also recommend using essential 6 spot on by dermoscent and welactin omega 3 fish oil capsules. I would bathe with the shampoo twice weekly. All of these can be found online quite easily. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
