My 9 month old, indoor cat has fleas and we purchased Capguard from our local pet store and gave him his first pill last night. We also washed him with blue dawn dish soap and vacuumed our whole house last night. Should we give him another pill fro
Capguard can be given daily as long as you are seeing fleas on your pet. Another option would be a topical such as Frontline, Advantage, or Revolution. These are monthly applications. Since Bear has been bathed recently, you will need to wait about 2-3 days before applying a topical preventative. Treat monthly for at least three consecutive months to break the flea life cycle. Year round treatment is recommended. In addition to vacuuming, you should wash all bedding in hot water.

Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! I like Bravecto for flea and ticks. It is a topical that works for 3 months. Then I would use interceptor monthly for heartworm and intestinal parasites. Or you can use Advantage Multi and the Seresto collar for the ticks. But you are right there isn't a product that gets everything for dogs or cats. Have a great day!
