I have a 22 year old Timneh African Grey parrot. I have used Harrison's pellets medium size in the past. It has been discontinued. My parrot won't eat the fine size and drops the large size into water. I need suggestions of what else to use.

Both of my birds seem to destroy everything made of wood in their cage whether it be a ladder or their perches, what is somethjng I could do about it, I don't want to switch to plastic perches.
Destroying wooden toys and ladders is actually natural behavior in birds and is good enrichment. Some things you can do is offer a variety of other toys and things that they can destroy. Use newspaper or cardboard rolls to wrap and hold treats to give them something to destroy and forage at the same time. You can consider getting slightly thicker woofer toys that may last longer or combining some plastic perches and ladders with wood. A variety of shape sizes and textures is healthier than one size and style only. Concrete type perches help to file thier nails. Wood such as Manzanita is extremely hard and much more durable than the plain wood perches. Below are some toy ideas. How would you know what type of food is best for your Budgie? Also what should I always keep a millet stick in their cage?
A commercial pelleted diet is balanced, healthy and convenient. They can be found in most pet stores or online. Quality brands include Harrison's, Roudybush, Lafeber and Pretty Bird. You can supplement the diet with a small amount of a fortified seed mix, fresh greens and vegetables, cooked grains/beans/pastas and plain rice. Budgies and other birds also enjoy some scrambled egg occasionally.

My lovebird started regurgitating today right after I opened up the cage. She came on top and started stretching up her neck and regurgitating undigested seeds. I read it could be a sign of affection but I don't think so cuz she is still pretty wary
What a cute name. The toyslook great to me. You are 100% correct that birds will regurgitate on things to mark them. It is a sign of marking you. However it takes time for bird to feel safe. Just keep doing what you are doing and give to a little more time.

So the bird food had a lot of mouse droplets in it even in the bag I didn't expect it at all and now as you see in the picture they are waiting for their food I have to go get some but that will take some time how long can they without food i can giv
If the food is full of mouse droppings it is best to purchase new food ASAP. While treats can be given, they are not a balanced diet, and a new food should be purchased and given as soon as possible to avoid any illness or GI upset. In the future, placing their food in an airtight storage container made from plastic can help prevent rodents from getting to it.
