Thank you for using Boop by Petco - Angel is absolutely precious and I'm sorry that she isn't feeling well! Her eyes look squinted in the photo, and perhaps have a moderate amount of clear discharge. It is concerning that she is reluctant to move, as this can be a sign of pain, fever, nausea, or several other symptoms. I recommend having Angel seen by a vet as soon as possible to figure out what is going on. I am happy to answer any other questions you may have and hope all is well with Angel!

Hello and thank you for reaching out to Boop by Petco. A safe product that works well to clean the tear staining around a dog's eyes is called Angel's Eyes wipes. You should be able to purchase these online. Just a reminder to never put any harsh chemicals such as hydrogen peroxide near your dog's eyes, as this can be very damaging and painful. I hope this is helpful!

It’s hard to say what is exactly going on here but it does look very inflamed and possibly infected. If thenlesionnhas been there more than 2 days and/or is getting worse and is irritating to Doja I would recommend having it looked at by your veterinarian. She may need antibiotics to help it clear up. As far as food is concerned, I generally recommend Hills, Purina, Royal Canin, Iams or Eukanuba. Since Doja is so young she needs to be on a puppy food as well. I hope this helps. Thanks for using Boop by Petco. Best of luck.

This is a good general eye wash: ( http://www.allivet.com/p-8131-vetericyn-plus-eye-wash-3-oz.aspx ) For tear staining I recommend Angel Eyes products. They seem to work the best. ( https://angelseyesonline.com/products/ ) Hope this helps. Great question!

Hello and thank you for contacting Boop by Petco. You need to monitor your Tinker Bell over the next 24-48hrs. Do not give her any laxative and do not change her diet. The symptoms of gastrointestinal foreign body include vomiting, lack of appetite, abdominal pain, lack of stools. If you see any of these symptoms in the next 48hrs, please take Tinker Bell to your vets as an emergency. If after 48hrs she is well and will have not developed any of these symptoms, it will mean that she is out of danger.
