Typically, the product is tender, unfortunately in this case, they were rock hard therefore they were returned for a full refund.

We have been buying the hip treats in the blue bag for my dog for years made a world of difference we bought the new and they are garbage my dog is starting to have problems again would be nice to have the blue bag back
