        1. Hopefully yes but I doubt it would work as well as a turtle lamp/light.



        My name is Kyleigh and i raise praying mantises. I'm used to dealing with Chinese but I have 2 Devil's Flower mantises on the way that are found in Africa and need to be kept around 100 degrees. What light would be best for this?

        1. The light that you use will depend on the size of the enclosure and the temperature in the room that you are keeping the mantises in. The 60 watt Daylight blue bulb that comes in this could could be enough heat on a smaller enclosure to get it up to 100 degrees F. I would make sure you have a good thermometer in the enclosure and check to see what the temperature is with the bulb. If the enclosure is not warm enough with the 60 watt bulb you can try bumping up the wattage.



        What types of lamps do i need for a bearded dragon? If so, where can i find them on your website?
