Good, while it lasted!

I like the warm glow this gave my aquarium. The bright light really did a good job at bringing out the colors of my fish. However!... I had the same problem that a lot of other buyers had, in that the stupid thing hardly lasted. It went dark after just over 9 measly months. I think it's funny that imprinted on the bulb it says "replace yearly." I mean, I would--if it lasted that long! Quite disappointed.

No, I do not recommend this product.

This bulb is nice and bright. I had a Colormax bulb on my tank that was so dim I hardly knew it was on. If this thing lasts awhile I will be super happy with it! (I've only been using it for a week, so the jury is still out.)

No, I do not recommend this product.

This bulb is doing well maintaining some low light plants in my small 16 gal bowfront. Wouldn’t try to grow anything that requires much light, but it’s doing well

Yes, I recommend this product.

What voltage are these tubes? I need 12V tubes.

My tank needs an f20T12 bulb. I cannot see one with designation.

    1. Due to government mandates regarding energy efficiency, we have not made T12 lamps for many years. If your fixture is rated specifically for an f20T12 (20 watt T12) bulb, these T8s may not function in it and it may be time to upgrade to a T8 fixture to house the standard bulbs being made today.
