Not loving the Petco online experience. Of my last two online orders, one item was broken and this one was clearly a return. I looked it over and it seems fine so I'm keeping because these are handy things to have around, even if you only use sporadically

Yes, I recommend this product.

Stand and it works

It’s a stand. I never know what stands I have but seems to be like all the other stands I’ve been using for years. Holds my deep dome. Needs to have the base under your tank or enclosure for it to stand properly, which takes some room.

Yes, I recommend this product.

It’s lightweight, adjustable, and very easy to put together! Works just fine with a mini dome light that I purchased from the same brand :)

Yes, I recommend this product.

One lamp or two?

It was shipped with all the parts banging around in the box, fortunately all was ok inside. I bought it for the Zoo Med double light fixture that comes with the Zoo Med 40 gallon tank, but it clearly is meant to hold one lamp steady not two. The stand moves a bit too and I would expect it to be a bit more still. I returned it.

No, I do not recommend this product.

What are the dimensions for this? Still accurate from 9 years ago?--"This is the larger version of the stand. According to ZooMed, this "easily adjusts from 8-15" (20-38 cm) long and 20-38" (50-97 cm) high to fit most standard size terrariums."

What r the dimensions of the base?

New parent store gave me dome for our sliders now nothing to install It to. We have A 75gallon tank and stand. I’m curious about how this stand will adheres to the tank . Which It’s completely flush with the tank. wish I could attach a photo.

      1. it has a base that the tank sits on top of which keeps the stand in place.

how high does the lamp stand go up to? I fell like it will not be high enough for my tank.

I have a 20 gallon tank and i need it close as possible without hurting my turtles will this work?

        1. I believe it would. It is very adjustable, you do not want to burn your babies :)

Can it hold the combo kit (uvb and heat lamp) for my red eared slider tank?

        1. Yes the Reptile lamp stand can hold the mini combo dome, just make sure to cross the cords from the lamp over the top of the stand. This will make sure that the lamp points straight down.

Do the Zoo Med Light Stands rotate, or are they adjustable up and down?

        1. Both. The vertical rod adjusts up and down, and it can rotate left and right. The horizontal rod also extends; in or out to reach over enclosure

what is the maximum height this can extend to?

        1. Hello! This is the larger version of the stand. According to ZooMed, this "easily adjusts from 8-15" (20-38 cm) long and 20-38" (50-97 cm) high to fit most standard size terrariums." We'll get this information added to the site. Thank you!
