Securely mount the lamp fixture containing the Heat Projector above your terrarium's screen cover in a place out of reach of children and pet. You must have a screen or some type of barrier between the heater and the inside of the enclosure.; never mount a heat source inside of an enclosure because this is a serious fire and burn hazard. Note: radiant heat sources, like lamps and infrared Heat Projectors should not be placed above a glass cover, as this can cause glass fractures.
