I am getting a red eyed crocodile skink and don't know what watt i should get, my tank is 25 gallons
So, I currently own a juvenile bearded dragon, and even though I was told they are fine at night, I still get worried about him getting to cold. I still this the product I need? Do I need a different product? Will he be fine with no light at night?
- Hello, The Nocturnal Infrared heat lamp 75 watts can be used at night with a bearded dragon. If your house stays above 70 degrees F at night then you should not need a night time heat source. However if you are worried or it is a new addition to the family you can certainly add a night time heat source until your bearded dragon has gotten a little older.

Does the ZooMed infrared bulb fit in the 5.5" or 8.5" clip on lamp you sell?
- Thank you for your question. The 50 watt bulb is about the size of a standard incandescent bulb and will fit in either size of the Zoo Med Deep Dome Lamp Fixtures.

What wattage should I get for a 20 gallon high aquarium? I have a leopard gecko.
- Thank you for your question. If you wanted to use a heat lamp, we would recommend a lower watt heat lamp for Geckos, such as the 50 watt bulb, in a 20 gallon size tank. The temperature should range from 75°-85°F by day with a 90°F basking area; 70's by night. We would recommend that you also have a good thermometer to be sure that the temperatures are appropriate for your pet. I am about to get a crested gecko and have done lots of research, but am nervous I'll kill my crestie. You see, lots of people have different opinions about additional lighting. 1 breeder said a heat lamp killed many of his crested geckos, while another breeder said it killed her geckos when they DIDNT have a heat lamp. Should I get a heat lamp? (My tank is a 12 by 12 by 18, of that helps at all) Also, should that size tank be good for 1 crested gecko for his entire life?

Whay can i do about my hachling iguana over heating
My snake has lumps on his body. He had mites a month ago and I put him in quarantine and treated him twice with Jurassi Mite. Since then I haven't seen any mites. He also recently got a new CHE bulb over his tub. I'm wondering if they are infections from the mites or burns from the bulb. He's 5 years old and I adopted him 2 months ago. Please help.
Hi, my hatchling red foot tortoise has a problem with keeping his eyes open for very long, he hasn't been eating as much as usual and when he closes his eyes I have to soak him in water to get him to open them back up. When his eyes close it almost looks like they are crusty. I have a cypress mulch and jungle mix substrate in his cage which is about 4 inches at the highest and 1 inch in his basking are but it's kept well watered. Thank You!
My Bearded Dragon Iris has not been opening her eyes for longer than 20 seconds. She has what looks like a black ring around her eyes (right around the eyelids) and her eyes are darker than usual and kind of dry looking. I have soaked her, given her repticalcium, and a 50/50 mixture of water and unflavored Pedialyte. The nearest exotic animal vet is 4 hours away and I have no way to get there or to keep her warm for that long.... can someone PLEASE help me!! I am very worried....

My 2 year old pantheon chameleon started losing colour on his head about two weeks ago. This has now spread around his whole body so he is very dull grey and black for the last few weeks. He has a 4/5 ft high tank, with heat lamp and uv lamp, he has crickets daily and calcium and D3 too. He’s eating and drinking fine, he’s been in the sun and had vitamin supplements to try and help.
