Clearly used and returned, I quickly discovered that 1 of 2 latches will get stuck in the opening position. Seems like a manufacturer defect that a previous customer returned to the store.

Arrived broken like many of the comments said it would. Glass was cracked on side and plastic frame broken in a couple different spots. Poorly shipped glass with very little protection.

Arrived shattered. I didn’t even open the box. You could hear all of the shards rolling around inside. Then they wanted to charge me $8 to return it or drive 40miles to my closest store to return it.

I ordered 10 of these zoomed terrariums as dart frog grow out tanks. 7 of them arrived shattered. There was no Styrofoam or bubble wrap in the oversized boxes. The terrariums could move around in every direction. There were no labels to indicate "fragile", "glass", or "handle with care." It took 37 minutes on the phone with petco customer service (not on hold, actually dealing with the customer service agent) to get approved for replacements. They blamed fedex even after I explained the poor packaging. They likely wrote it off with shipping insurance and unfairly passed the cost onto fedex. Petco shipped me 7 replacements... this time with "fragile" stickers and one single sheet of bubble wrap just tossed on top of the terrarium, not wrapped around. Of these 7 replacements, 5 arrived shattered. This is such a shame, zoomed terrariums are hand made in america and are a great product. Petco has no standard operating procedure for safely shipping glass products and they must not care because they just write it off and send more to be destroyed. I asked my local petco manager if I can just buy 10 terrariums from the store, but she explained that she does not have the ability to order custom quantities of merchandise, she only gets the inventory that corporate assigns to her store. Petco is a giant faceless corporation that is too big and beaurocratic to address this problem. Zooned should reconsider doing business with petco who has no respect for their products. Customers should support businesses that care.

This is the perfect thing for my little leo I love it so much and the doors at the front are amazing Im so happy I bought it and I want another one
