Moisten pellets with water to stimulate feeding behavior and create a flavorful mash that tortoises love. Many tortoises love lettuce' however diets of mostly lettuce are unnaturally high in protein and low in fiber. If your tortoise will only eat lettuce, thoroughly mix small amounts of lettuce into the mash. Slowly reduce the amount of lettuce offered at each feeding until your tortoise has switched completely. Zoo Med's Can O' products (worms or snails), sold separately, are enjoyed by Forest Tortoises and can be offered occasionally.Always provide clean drinking water. Store unused food in a cool, dry area.

Hi, my hatchling red foot tortoise has a problem with keeping his eyes open for very long, he hasn't been eating as much as usual and when he closes his eyes I have to soak him in water to get him to open them back up. When his eyes close it almost looks like they are crusty. I have a cypress mulch and jungle mix substrate in his cage which is about 4 inches at the highest and 1 inch in his basking are but it's kept well watered. Thank You!
Do you treat tortoises
I am not sure of my turtles age. I have had her for 3 yrs. Dosen't seem to be growing and I'm concerned about the underneath shell. Looks like it is splitting. She is in a 10 gal tank always by the window for sun. Is the tank to small? She eats well, super worms, tomatoes, grapes and strawberries some lettuce.
My tortoise have white things look like rice in his poop and i don't know if it's worms or what? Also there's not a vet in my city, so what should I do? He eats, sleeps well and walks a lot. He doesn't look tired but i'm worried about him.
Hello, My RES's eyes were swollen for last 5 - 6 days, But now they look fine but still not eating as usual, environment condition is same as before and I am giving taiyo turtle food.
My cockatiel has been eating Leferber’s Premium Daily Diet pellets as a staple diet. She’s also been eating broccoli everyday. I also give her a bit of crushed eggshells once or twice a week. She has a cuttlebone available at all times. I’m wondering if this would be an okay product to give her? She isn’t much of a veggie eater. Will this be beneficial or unnecessary for her? I’m including the details of the product in attached photos. I do feed her some seeds as a treat sometimes. Thank you.
Royal canin or earthborn?? Thos are the choices i can buy from now
Do Indian Flapshell turtle hibernate and what to do when it is not eating the food provided ?

Is this a high quality product? Why or why not? It's by natural balance company.
I have a Russian tortoise. For a whole, he was going in his water regularly to soak and do his business, but I've noticed he hasn't been using it as often. Is this bad? I let him out and he had black runny BM and urinated a ton.
