Will only last a few weeks at best. Didn’t read other reviews before buying but now that o have I see it’s a COMMON issue. Surprised it lasted so little. Did give heat. Just expected longer life of it.

Burns out not even 1 week of use every other week I am buyin a new one it’s annoying

This light bulb lasted 4 days. It should of lasted longer than it did

It was great while it lasted - it burnt out after 2 days - approximately 8 hours of use.

I have bought two now, and like others I've found them to be worthless. The first lasted a couple of weeks. The second had a burning chemical/burning plastic smell shortly after being turned on. Faulty bulb. I won't be buying a third. The basking lamps are no better. Will be switching to a different heat emitter AND basking lamp.

I have had this light set up for a month on a timer each bulb only lasts about 2 weeks it's complete garbage for how expensive they are don't waste you're money on it

I bought this a couple weeks ago , i was NOT satisfied with the manager that was helping me completely rude and will NOT go back.

Products are fine. I just think it’s horrible that the company continues to employ managers that no call almost every day/leaves when they don’t feel like working. I understand not feeling good but oversleeping isn’t a good excuse to come into work to do your manager job three hours later than the time you are supposed to. Seems most managers at Idaho Falls don’t give a care about their staff and is always hanging them out to dry. The rest of the team is bad too (with exceptions). They constantly backbite and back stab each other and it shows with the mood of the store. Also, it’s horrible when a store puts an animal to the side for you, the animal dies and no one calls you for close to 2 days! I’m sad that people have to go through working here. Again, product is great, gives good heat and is helpful
