I'm using the 150W bulbs in the 75W fixture with no problems. If you have sufficient air-flow you won't burn out any bulbs, use a fan and your lizard will love you.

The fixture itself is good. However, the bulbs you have to use are not. You'll spend your time buying more bulbs every week or two as they blow out, break in the fixture, or smell like burning plastic upon use. Even though they are super high priced, it will add up to a complete waste. Better to consider another heating option.
