- No. The double dome lamp that I purchased did not come with bulbs. I purchased a daytime bulb for one side along with a night bulb for the other side and put each light on a different timer. Note: each dome has it's own electrical cord.

Hi there. So I am looking into getting a heat dome for my crested gecko. I know they don’t have to have a heat lam but I want him to have a UVB bulb Because it’s good for them. But I am not quite sure that type to get. Any suggestions? I was looking at petco’s tropical combo pack. He lives in a 10 g. With live plant. I need to know what, in very specific terms, are the bare minimum requirements for housing a little red eared slider turtle we just won at a carnival who's about 3 inches long at most. We can't afford much, but my daughter & I are both attached already, I'm concerned and confused by what I'm reading online. Is this a good setup for Nighthawk, the first photo is the over all setup, the second one is the side view and the third is the water and calcium dishes. I use an under tank heater that stays at about 88 degrees Fahrenheit and the vines are fake. He has a warm hide and a cold hide with moss in it that’s i spray down every other day. The little box is another little hide that I can see him in. And the background is tile it paper rolls that were painted(they were left to dry for two weeks)
I have a hood for my UVB light so how can I dry dock my red eared slider?Should I put her in a separate container just without the UVB?I can't put the UVB right on top of her with only 3 inches apart because that's too close.What should I do if she continues to not to bask?Sorry for keep sending questions but I'm just want to give Cooper a better life than before. I have a leopard gecko and it seems that the temperature in the tank isn't getting to what it needs to be. I have a heating mat and a thermostat and i have the heating mat highest up to 93 degrees. But the air inside on the warm side is only like 79 degrees how do I fix this I know that heating mats are the best for them but it isn't making my tank warm enough. Also, I know that heat lamps aren't the best since they aren't basking animals. So what should I do to make it warmer?
