Amazing! With a catch.
I bought this a year ago for my leopard gecko. Definitely a good size and has been very durable. One HUGE thing is to make sure you latch the front doors all the way every time. I thought I fully closed it one night, and turns out it was only partially pushed in (looked closed, but didn't fully latch). My leopard gecko got out and went missing. I'm writing this review because I just found my gecko, alive, a full year later. I still plan to use this enclosure, but thought I would let you all know to double check the front doors always!

Do Not Purchase
I was so excited to purchase the double door terrarium bc it would make it so much easier for me to reach my beardie. I’ve only had it a couple of weeks and the door latch broke. It’s unrepairable bc the piece is plastic. I can no longer open that door, and the other side breaks then I won’t be able to reach him or let him out from the front. Very disheartening to say the least.

Great Cage!
I just went to the store in glen Burnie and it’s a nice tank. Unlike other petcos, the lady actually told me good things to do to take care of a leopard gecko. Just awesome.

Horrible quality
Plastic shell broken in 2 places inside the carboard covering where you cannot see it until you open it. 1 door doesn't latch straight out of the box. I am used to buying Zoomed products and being very happy with them, so I trusted this one. Incredibly dissapointed and feels like a huge waste of money for how much this one costs.

Great tank for the price
Spacious tank for the money! I own 6 of the smaller ones and am slowly upgrading them all to the 40’s. They have all held up really well!
The last one I picked up had two broken chips on the plastic and a damaged spot on the mesh. The packaging hid the defects.. too much of a hassle to exchange. So now I have a brand new already damaged terrarium.

Is this a good tank for a baby ball python until it outgrows it? Will it get enough humidity?
- Yes the 40 gallon double door tank would do well for a young ball python until it needs a larger tank. To keep the humidity in you can look into the Zoo Med humidity plus silicon cover for one side of the tank.

Can a bearded dragon live in this tank comfortably?
Is this okay for bearded dragon?
Will a DHP(deep heat projector) melt the top if sitting directly on the mesh? If so, how high should it be hung or should we get a full metal mesh top?
- A DHP can be set directly on the screen top you just want to make sure that you have screen around the edges of the fixture. You do not want to place it to close to the frame of the tank which is plastic and can melt.

Where do the 4 clips go that came with this terrarium tank?
- In the back of the screen there are 4 places that cords can go.. they just go in there to block the openings when the openings aren't being used.
