I just purchased Imagitarium Ammonia-Reducing filter media cubes from Petco and there are no instructions for how to use. I have a 5 gallon tank with a submerged Built-in filtration system how many cubes do I use and how do I put them in my filter? Please provide the instructions thank you for your time.
Puppy ate half a sponge
Currently I am using calcium sand. It doesn’t seem to be effecting Ash at all. Should I continue to use the sand or get something else such as eco earth?
Today I’ve noticed my Leopard Geckos right eye has swollen ever so slightly, and has sand in it. The Gecko is EXTREMELY tame, and will let let me wash its eyes but I’m unsure on what I should use? Cotton Bud, Hot Water? Would like to fix this problem before it needs to be done by a vet. I have Desert Sand (Recommended by the shop owner of where I purchased my Gecko.) first of all, thanks for your advice with my african dwarf frogs! after the aquarium salt bath they are doing great and even look more vibrant now! i was wanting to know what substrate would be best in the tank. would sand be okay or would they eat that like the gravel? i have a heavily planted aquarium and need something to keep the plants in place but i dont want my frogs to eat it and have something happen to them. i find conflicting information when i research it online. thanks!
