Questions
Would this be ok for a 40 gallon tank with my beardie in it? if not, what lamp(s) would you recommend? a fast answer will be appreacated. thanks in advance!
- Yes it would work great! We use this for our beardie. One thing that we have taken note of is his favorite spot for basking. So the lamp with the warmest bulb should be placed right above that area. They are very moody just like children ;) so make it a point to pay attention to this. Hope this helps!

So I have 2 questions, first on every is can a beardie get to much uva? Bit hard of these bulbs emits uva but the heating bulb doesn't says how much it gives off. Second question is what fixtures does the compact fluorescent bulb fit in?
- The Reptisun 10.0 mini compact fluorescent bulb can fit in the mini combo deep dome as well as the larger deep domes. Bulbs that emit UVA normally emit about 30% of the bulbs total energy output in the UVA range. With a heat lamp you just want to make sure that you are not using it too close so your bearded dragon can get away from the heat if needed. The UVB bulbs should also be used at specific distances to create a UV gradient throughout the enclosure.
