Questions
I just received this early this morning & one the sides went out. I’m very frustrated. How come this happened so quick?
- That happened to me! I went to the store and they replaced the bulb with no problem!! Sometimes I think they may sit in stock a bit? Or the space between the bulb and what you may be using it for is adding heat? Either way just head back and they will switch the bulb for you

The images on the back of the box show this aquatic dual light kit positioned with one lamp over the basking dock and the other lamp offset and shining down into the water. Is this the correct setup? And if so, which lamp should be over the basking dock?
- I have a dock that is big enough for both of the lights, but I would say that the heat is definitely the most important for them to bask out the water.
