Feeding instructions: Open container and spoon out one level teaspoon of food per aquatic turtle being fed. Let turtles feed for a minimum of one hour. Any uneaten food left after this time should be netted out and discarded. If your turtles eat all their food in a short time, you may want to increase the amount to one level tablespoon or more per feeding.

- When I first got Kyle, I used to sprinkle some in his tank. Kind of like feeding a fish when they are small, Ā not too much.

I have a red eared slider who is 1 and a half year old. The commercial pellet box suggests that I feed my turtle twice as much as she can eat. Should I follow this, however even if I give 20 pellets at a time, my turtle eats it.

I have a turtle I got as a hatchling whose shell has started to curve. Iāve read this could be due to too much protein, too weak of uv/uvb lights, or a combination that makes him grow too fast for the shell to keep up. Iām going to the pet supply store to get a new bulb tomorrow and he eats feeder fish as well as a variety (gold fish food he steals, dry meal worms, pellets from two different brands) of dry foods.
