Zilla Turtle PURE comes in an easy to dose ball providing a surface for sludge removing bacteria to live on before being added to the aquarium. Zilla Turtle PURE also contains enzymes that help breakdown organic sludge that accumulates in turtle habitats. Using Turtle PURE as part of a weekly routine will help reduce sludge and odor from the habitat, as well as cleaning and maintenance. The bacteria and enzymes help keep the aquarium balanced, the filters from clogging, and sludge from forming on the bottom from turtle waste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These little balls are super convenient for accurate dosing compared to liquid or powder, but that convenience comes at a pretty steep cost compared to similar liquid or powder forms, so I'm not sure I would use this normally i have a big tank.

It really has no scent/ smell to the product all you do is drop it in some water and it pretty much does what it has to do. Didn’t really see a huge difference from without the product but hey at least my turtle didn’t die lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Keeps our turtle’s water much cleaner and healthier. We’re very happy with the product. My turtles seem to mess with it a little bit but usually leave it alone after they figure out its nothing cool. I haven't gotten sick from them yet haha hopefully this is helping a little bit. Its supposed to keep bacteria down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, we ended up using these on our outside turtle pond ( we live in the woods). It took awhile but we did notice the water was clearer/less mucky. In the future we would need a bigger grade one to use on outside ponds, but it did what it said it would. I didn’t notice any weird smell and it seems a good value for the cost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Turtle pure turtle water care works great for my big turtle tank. I used two balls for my size tank and seemed to work very well. I've noticed the water stays clean longer than before and helped with the odor from the tank.
