Should the water level reach up to a certain point for it to make it easier for him to climb onto the top of the platform? He only likes to hide underneath it.
- If your turtle is semi-aquatic, I would fill up water most of the way up the ramp to allow more room for swimming in the tank. That would also encourage climbing out for basking time.

Hello, what is the size difference between small, large and jumbo? And what is the height under the bridge? Thank you!
- Hi there! Thank you for your question. The small is 12.375 x 5.5 x 4.375 inches. The large is 15.5 x 5.375 x 5 inches. The jumbo is 21 x 4.5 x 5 inches. Last, the height under the bridge of the small is approx. 2.5 inches and the large and jumbo is approx. 3". Hope this helps!

- This does NOT float. It is heavy and sits on the tank floor. I have no idea why the Zilla Team is saying otherwise.

Is this suitable for bigger turtles? My red-eared slider is about 6 inches long and 5.5 wide will he fit? Or is there something else you would recommend?
- Hey there! Yes, this will work for your slider! It's only around 4" wide, but he'll still be able to get out and bask on it if it's above the water.

My red eared slider is not basking even though I brought a uvb light for her just like one of the pet coach vets told me because he has soft shell.I place the light on top of a Zilla screen cover but she still don't get on.I can't really dry dock her because I have a hood for my uvb light.How can I make her to bask and is the Zilla cover okay for her?

Hi there. So I am looking into getting a heat dome for my crested gecko. I know they don’t have to have a heat lam but I want him to have a UVB bulb Because it’s good for them. But I am not quite sure that type to get. Any suggestions? I was looking at petco’s tropical combo pack. He lives in a 10 g. With live plant. (I will upgrade when he is bigger) also do you know an age on him? I got him 3 months ago from petsmart. I could tell he was a male a week after I got him. (Pic from yesterday)
Is this a good setup for Nighthawk, the first photo is the over all setup, the second one is the side view and the third is the water and calcium dishes. I use an under tank heater that stays at about 88 degrees Fahrenheit and the vines are fake. He has a warm hide and a cold hide with moss in it that’s i spray down every other day. The little box is another little hide that I can see him in. And the background is tile it paper rolls that were painted(they were left to dry for two weeks)
