- Hello! While Zilla Jungle Mix is an acceptable substrate for snakes, the preferred substrate options would be Zilla Bark Blend and Zilla Snake & Lizard Litter!

- Hi! Thank you for reaching out. Keep in mind that heat pads are designed to only heat the snakes bedding area and not for heating the entire enclosure. For heating an enclosure, you would need actual heat bulbs. For that size tank you would use Medium Heat Mat (8x12 inch).
