I bought this for my outdoor pond. How do I keep it from floating to the edges?
- Hi there! Thanks for your question. While this floating basking turtle trunk is not intended to be used in a pond, you possibly could still use it in one. As a way to resolve this floating issue, we'd recommend anchoring the lower part of the stump to the bottom of the pond. We hope you find this advice useful!

I bought this for my turtle, but can't figure out how to make the float stay in the raised position. I'm wondering if it's missing a part. Is it supposed to come with a pin or something to keep it in position?

My red eared slider is not basking even though I brought a uvb light for her just like one of the pet coach vets told me because he has soft shell.I place the light on top of a Zilla screen cover but she still don't get on.I can't really dry dock her because I have a hood for my uvb light.How can I make her to bask and is the Zilla cover okay for her?

Not sure if you guys also help turtles but I still want to ask. I have a two baby turtles in a huge tank. I have everything needed like the basking area, uvb light bulb, heat bulb, and good water temperature. Recently one of my turtles started sleeping all day and would not swim at all. This happened for two days and now she stopped eating. Today I also saw him extremely weak and had trouble climbing the rock after I place him in the water. What should I do to help my turtle.

I found a baby turtle upside-down in a puddle about the size of a plate. He was barely moving, and there was no creek within a few miles. I took him in and got a 10 gallon tank. I went to a creek and got some water from that, and some little rocks and made a habitat. I got a best lamp as well. What should I do? Should I keep him and care for him?
