What are the neck measurements for size small? Can't believe this isn't there.

I also thought it was strange to not list the size measurements, then discovered where it was. First, choose a size in the drop down box. Next, click on "Attributes and Specifications". For size small, it says for necks minimum of 9 inches and maximum of 14 inches. The width says 0.5 inches.
