Hi, my dog has red legs, they don't look rashy. She recently injured her dew claw but her legs where red prior to this. Her armpits are not red and her stomach is not red either just her front and rear legs. I have attached images. Could you tell me what this is please.

My dog went to her first obedience class today. She is a 7 lb Malitpoo. The instructor has us use a choker collar for the first several sessions.
