The quality is really nice. The rope is thick and sturdy with strong clasps. My dog is strong and will pull on the lead, so this leash appears to be able to hold up. I haven't used a hands free leash before but the crossbody option is comfortable. I see myself using it when I go on walks with my 2 year old daughter and when I bring the stroller. Im able to wear the leash while using both hands to push the stroller.

I really like this leash and it adds a great option to the other leashes I have. For sizing, I have a 32 inch waist and it fits ok around me but is too large for my wife. You do have the option of wearing it over your shoulder if it's too large for you. The color is fairly unisex so I think it's fine for anyone to use. The white gets a little dirty but it's a dog leash so that's expected. My pup has been into leash chewing but it's really well made so I don't worry about him damaging it. It is also really easy to clip and unclip. We are still learning how to walk without pulling too much but I love that I can have my hands free while we are out.

I like the quality of the leash. It feels very strong and sturdy. You can wrap it around your waist like a belt or do a cross body. It actuall expands a pretty good amount for a majority of sizes. I'm sure there are other ways to wrap it, but i use those two
