Aquiline is an inside cat although we try to have supervise outdoor leashtime we have found that his mesh harness what does what we were originally recommended stretches too much and he can rather easily slip out of it and get free he did this yesterday on our way back from the pet store to get him new toys. Collar training My 14 week papillon is tiny just over 2lbs. The smallest harness does not fit. I began collar and leash during potty pad time, then keeping on and off for periods yesterday. Of course she bites and plays with the leash, causing it to be more of a potty training distraction than tool. The collar, right sized no dangles made of nylon, seems to irritate her skin.
