The sizing is very hard to gauge online and not all dogs have the same head shape so I don’t know how they would fix this issue, but otherwise the hat is super cute. Our daisy’s ears would not stay in the hat so it kept falling off, but when it was on we loved it. I’m giving the product 4 stars because it is well made and adorable, but there’s room for improvement and it’s definitely not for every dog. There’s nothing inherently wrong with it, it just didn’t work for us as much as we would have loved it to.
