Perfect for kittens or very slender cats.
Like the other reviewer, I bought this for my Russian Blue kitten. She's an adult now and it still fits her, she's very slender. I bought it planning to remove the flower thinking it would be too big, but it's the perfect size!

It certainly is not obvious how to get the "breakaway open to put it on the cat. What are the two sliders all about if you cannot get the closure open?
- To open the closure, just grab each side of it and pull apart. The sliders are just to hold the collar flat after making adjustments to the size.
