I have two canaries and this is their FAVORITE thing in their cage. Both of them love to use it to pick and pull at the straw, and I really do think it helped them during their first molt (they are both young) as it helped them with their preening instincts. They pick this thing apart, and it got to a point where they were bickering over it so I bought another. They have pretty much pulled them both apart over the last few months, so will ultimately buy more. But this is by far the biggest hit when it comes to a toy/fixture in their cage.

It’s a cute bird toy, but doesn’t seem to really attract the attention of the birds . It’s a decent size and colorful might be more for parakeets and smaller birds . This one just wasn’t a win for my bogs

I love this toy. My bird loves to talk when he sees himself. This toy is a great mirror and the medium around the mirror is great for my bird to clean his beak off on. He likes to chew on the fringe. It is sturdy and colorful.

Cute toy! Perfect size for my pineapple green cheek conure. My bird hasn’t played with it much but he’s not afraid of it like some toys. I think if I put a bell on it, maybe that will get him to play with it more.

I received this adorable item and immediately put in on my parrot, Larry Birds perch. He can be a little fluffy Nicky with his toys but wow this toy was loved immediately. The colorful straw material was soon being poked and picked at and Larrybird was having so much fun. It took him some time to get the knack of the small mirror but once he did, that too was piled at. He squawked with happiness. We live this item.

I got this straw mirror and put it in my cockatiel’s cage. He was a little hesitant at first but now he goes and happily chirps to himself in it. The mirror is perfect size for cockatiel or smaller and the material is perfect size for them to pick at or preen.

So I actually put this in with an African grey. I didn’t want to take up too much space and thought it was a good addition. He looked in it a few times and seemed interested in it. He’s pecked at the straw a bit and seems to like it. I don’t think it would be something he is going to activity try to tear apart but will engage with regularly. I think the quality is great and the mirror seems secure to the toy itself.
