Nice cages, good quality
I have 3 of these cages. The quality is pretty good (one came with some bent bars we had to straighten and the other two were perfect.) I don’t like the bowls being on the bottom, so I put my own in that screw onto the bars. I like that the top opens. I have one Budgie in each and a parrotlet I am bringing home next week will go in the other. (I would not put two parakeets in this size cage, as two need a minimum of 18Wx18Hx30 length.) Toys and swings hang nicely.

Amazing cage!!
This is an incredibly sizable cage and very well worth the money ! We love the top perch function! It was very easy to put together and super sturdy once completed. Very very roomy and I love the secure latch function! We previously had a bird escape their cage and this latching function gives incredible peace of mind!

Great Quality and Workmanship Cage
I was very impressed by this Parakeet cage. It is heavy duty, durable and easy to assemble. It came with 3 perch rods, and 2 covered food bowls. Great starter or upgrade as it is for our 2 Parakeets. It is a nice feature to have the top open for another external perch, I won't be using it, but the latch is sturdy to keep the top closed. Very happy with it.

Disappointing on many levels.
I have had some bad experiences with this cage. It seems big enough, but one of my little parakeets got his foot caught on the food tray door. It was so scary! He sat with his leg pulled up while we were looking for an avian vet. By the time we found the closest one, he was trying to put weight on it so we waited before rushing him there. He seemed OK within a few hours, but I am so afraid of that happening again. PLUS, the front door on this is a joke when trying to clean it. Also frustrating. Clearly, I do not recommend this cage.

Good for one or two parakeets, easy to set up.
This is a good size for one or two parakeets, or a similar small sized bird. It's well made and really easy to set up. The food/water doors prevent birds from opening them or playing with the doors like some like to do. The front door is easy to open and close. I like how the top opens, it's simple to set up and once ready to close, it latches. It comes with two perches for inside the cage, one perch for the top opening and two dishes.

Great travel cage
I got this as a travel cage for my conure. It gives her enough space to sit comfortably while we're in the car, and the open playtop will be great for her to land on once we're at our destination for the night and she can free fly. I still need to fill it with her favorite toys and perches but this will be great for travel.

The product arrived quickly and is perfect size for a smaller bird. I have a cockatiel and I will be using this as a travel cage when we have to evacuate for hurricanes. This is perfect size for that. The cups are easy to reach and will work perfectly.

How do you reach for parakeets to take them out, when the opening is so small? I found it to be torturous for birds ( and me), unless the door is bigger and can be wide open, as in my previous cage. I need cage of this size.
- Hi Lookingforcage, Good day! If the cage itself is at a higher angle, it is easy to reach in for the bird. The top opening also allows for the bird to freely exit the cage without any stress. It is always less stress on the animal if they are allowed to come to you and not forced an interaction. Thanks
