This is a repeat buy for my Quaker parrot, but she’s getting a little bored with it. These toys have varied in their size and contents and recently halved corn cobs (without corn) have been inside the bottom of the container. I don’t trust how these cobs were processed so I do not let her chew on them. I throw them out. I wish their was a greater variety of toys available, whether for in store, online or saw-day delivery. It’s an issue Petco should address.

This is the second one of these takeout toys we have purchased in the last month. We have a bonded pair of lovebirds and they completely shredded the first one in a matter of a week. Our birdies are big chewers and we are constantly looking for anything to entertain them. This seemed to fit the bill. Watching them pull out "noodles" and open chopsticks was a riot. Be warned though your winged lovelies can make an absolute mess out of this thing. Shredded paper EVERYWHERE! They even went so far as to chew down the side of the box, which was the final straw and dumped the rest of it into bottom of their cage. We offered them additional toys right afterwards which they snubbed. So back to Petco we went for yet another Toy. We have had this one for a few days and although their path of destruction is somewhat slower, they still favor this over any other and are starting to make a quality dent. I'd recommend this one to anyone with bored or boring birds. It will ignite something deep within the feathered dinosaurs. <3
