So from the picture the carrier looks small, but it’s actually decently sized and it looks like a medium sized bird can fit into it. I own 3 cockatiels and two can fit comfortably in this carrier. It also comes with a strap to carry it and the material is a thick plastic

*I received this product for free from the Spotted by Petco Sampling Program in exchange for my honest review* At first glance, it *looks* like a really nice bird travel carrier, but unfortunately, it is not! It is very poorly made - the materials are cheap, thin plastic that break easily and are quite fragile. There are 4 little plastic clips/clasps that are supposed hold the carrier's cover down on the body of the cage - one was already broken in two pieces and lying in the box the carrier was shipped in. And I don't give the other 3 clips much time before they break and fall apart as well, they are so flimsy. The ONLY way to even use this carrier is to literally tape down the cover to the body of the carrier! Kind of defeats the purpose of a travel carrier that way, unless you take a chance the cover will fall off and your bird(s) will escape! Additionally, in order to open the carrier's door, you have to push in on the cheap, thin plastic, and it's only a matter of time before that cracks and breaks as well. I am not willing to take that chance at all with any of my 3 cockatiels Design was not planned out well either - there is NO perch in this bird carrier at all, and no way to even insert one of your own. There is also NO way to add a food/seed or water dish, unless you place it on the floor of the carrier, in which case the birds will do their "business" in/on the food and water, as well as knock over the containers. I do not recommend this carrier to anyone.

This is a well thought out and put together product! I love how it folds down easily for storage. It can come apart quickly and easily for access to my bird. The perch is a nice touch and it clips in nicely and is sturdy.

It was obviously used! Bird poo drips on the sides, the top hadnt been cleaned, there was little seeds on it, some places were broken on the bottom.

When my old bird carrier finally wore out, it was time to find a replacement. If I need to take a bird to the vet for some reason, it's essential to have a way to do that. This is a spacious carrier with small openings so that the bird gets plenty of air and can be seen. It comes with one perch.
