Sturdy Ladder with minor issues.

Sturdy Ladder that allowed us to hang off the door to allow cockatiel to climb back into cage from the floor. I just wish they would had secured the hooks better as we already lost one and the other is super loose on the end of the ladder.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Essential Tool for Birds

It’s perfect for my quacker parrot makes it easier to access his perch and bowls. It’s also useful for his beak maintenance. He’s chewed about 5 in his lifetime his almost 7 years old. It’s nice to have a couple on hand as this is a necessary useful tool. I have not taken Emerald to get his beak and nails trimmed. I also keep an assortment of textured rocks in his cage. I took a chance when I saw it at the store it’s wide and tall a nice size for a medium sized bird. Honestly, there’s not many options at the stores to pick and choose. It’s also a colorful bright ladder. The ink will run if it gets wet but it’s okay it’s not harmful to the bird and does not stain. I recommend it to everyone that has a bird and might work for other creatures too.

No, I do not recommend this product.

This ladder is wonderfully made and sturdy. I do wish that it wasn't painted. The colors come off on my hands and it would be perfect if it was the plain natural wood.

No, I do not recommend this product.

All of my cages are equipped with perches of various sizes, shapes, and materials; toys; and these ladders. It gives the birds not only extra perching areas, but they like to run up and down the ladders, which provides excellent exercise.

Yes, I recommend this product.

What is the diameter of the rungs? I have a double yellow headed amazon, and she is MUCH bigger than the budgies that it seems most of the reviewers have.

  1. Hi BirdMom6405, The diameter is 1 cm. Thanks,

Is the paint on this ladder non-toxic in case my bird chews on this?

  1. I've bought several of these and my sun conure chews them to pieces. She is fine.
