Ignore reviews that claim round cages are “bad for birds” because it doesn’t allow them to have a corner to hide in. Birds do not seek out a corner to hide in when scared, if they did cages would need a perch that backed into the corner to allow for this. Most birds will huddle near the side bars of a cage, but no bird should be so scared that it does this constantly. Do be cautious with hookbilled birds such as parakeets who use their beak to climb the sides of the cage since the top bars taper inward, there is a risk of them getting their beak or feet stuck here. A cage of this style is more ideal for a canary or finch.

This is the worst cage ever. The tray is in two separate pieces and is horrible to pull out and put back in. The cage connections don’t make sense and fit together horribly. Not good for any size bird in my opinion, not even a canary or finch. Nope and nope.

*****DEADLY PRODUCT FOR BIRDS****** Round Bird Cages are HORRIBLE and DEADLY to birds. They offer no place for the bird to seek refuge. Please take these off of your website.

I love it. Very easy to put together that it didn't require directions. And its simply a beautiful old fashion looking bird cage.

I did not buy this cage but I am an expert with birds. Please do not buy this cage at all because it is a rounded cage and rounded cages are bad for birds because birds will not have corners where they can stay and feel safe. I really hope you take my advice and do not buy this cage. They are plenty of other options to choose from and they are cheaper!!! Whatever you do do not buy this cage even if it is good quality.

Any kind of assembly instructions would have been nice. All the pieces were just thrown in a box

This is a great cage. We have 2 finches and it was a great size.
